British Blue Wool is made from 100% Bluefaced Leicester fleece – supremely soft and subtly sheeny this is Britain’s most luxurious fibre. British Blue is a naturally dense wool with a good lustre, superb insulating properties and so soft that it can be worn next to the skin, making it perfect for baby garments. In 25g units and a palette of colours that all work together, this DK weight yarn works well for lightweight garments and colour work, especially when combined with the 100g hanks of the same yarn – see British Blue 100.
Attention: We are changing the make-up of the 25g units from little balls to skeins as these are easier to store and look nicer.
