Corrie is named for the renowned and cute Corriedale breed of sheep. Made from 100% Corriedale wool, Corrie has a woolen spun construction making it light and airy despite its round, sturdy feel. Corriedale wool is crisp, durable and resists sagging. We’re dreaming of making big cozy coats and cardigans reminiscent of pricey boutique knits in Corrie. You might be familiar with other woolen spun yarns, Corrie is different! The yarn’s defined ply structure with plenty of twist gives Corrie elegant stitch definition and so much strength.
