 Alegria by Manos del Uruguay is a hand-dyed sock yarn that's almost too beautiful to use for knitting socks! This dreamily soft Fair Trade sock yarn, with its wonderful twist, creates a beautifully defined stitch definition. The finished knitted pieces have excellent elasticity and, thanks to its light weight, retain their shape perfectly.

The Alegria is made of the finest merino wool and is superwash treated, making it very easy to care for!

The skeins/balls shown are examples only. Colors may vary and can differ significantly even between skeins/balls with the same lot number. We recommend working with the old and new skeins alternately, row by row/round by round, just before switching to a new one.
