 These pretty colorwork socks are inspired by traditional blue and white porcelain cups and enchant with their simple yet elegant pattern. But these socks would certainly look beautiful in any other color combination as well! So, let your creativity run wild!

Sizes:
For sizes S (M) L, cast on 48 (52) 60 stitches, which corresponds to a calf circumference of approximately 24 (27) 29.5 cm. If only one number is given anywhere in the instructions, it applies to all three sizes.

Needles:
3.5 mm double-pointed needles or the needle size with which you achieve the gauge (The instructions are written for double-pointed needles, but it is of course possible to knit the socks using, for example, Magic Loop.)

Gauge swatch:
25 sts x 29 rows = 10 x 10 cm, knitted in the color pattern. A suitable gauge swatch is very important, as the fabric of the socks is not very stretchy due to the two-strand knitting. Therefore, it is important to choose your correct size right from the start.

Kremke Soul Wool Edelweiss Alpaca 6-ply (125 m / 50g)
